Please read the notes below before completing the RMA request.
- For International RMA requests, an End User Statement must be filled out completely. This End User Statement must be on your company letterhead and signed by the end user or company designate.
- Once completed, attach the End User Statement to the RMA request. Please submit only one End User Statement per RMA request.
- If approved, an RMA number will be issued to you by the support team. The RMA response from Comtech will include logistical instructions.
- Do not return any item without an RMA number issued for that item.
